Begin with a limited public-place task
Nominate a focal person, choose an ordinary location task and agree who reviews records, maintains descriptions and provides support. Assess attempted and completed tasks, clarification exchanges, unresolved errors and accessibility barriers. No measured benefit is available yet.
Starting small, learning locally
Early development supports the proposed direction, but a complete public addressing service, LGU dashboard and integrations with your systems still need development and testing.
Agree responsibilities before participation
Define maintenance, corrections, privacy, funding, support and exit arrangements. Start with permitted public-place information; do not transfer resident directories, beneficiary lists or private household coordinates by default. Any data exchange needs a clear purpose and agreed responsibilities.
Partnerships develop through agreement
A scoping conversation creates no procurement, endorsement, adoption or data-sharing commitment. Any announcement or use of an organization’s name or logo needs separate agreement.
