Visiting this informational site
This site explains the project and proposed pilot. It has no resident accounts, address or location submission workflow, live inquiry form, live address generator or production API connection. We have not added analytics or tracking scripts to these pages.
Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical request and server logs, such as IP addresses, requested pages, request times and browser information, to deliver the site, maintain reliability and help protect it from misuse. Hosting providers manage these logs under their own retention and security practices.
When you email us
If you voluntarily email PurokMaps, we receive your email address, sender information and the message content, including any attachments you choose to send. General inquiries sent to team@purokmaps.com and privacy inquiries sent to privacy@purokmaps.com reach the founder’s primary PurokMaps inbox.
We use this information to respond, manage the conversation and operate the project. Messages are retained as reasonably necessary for those purposes. Email service providers process messages as part of delivering and storing email; their systems may process information outside your country.
Please keep initial inquiries brief and avoid sending household coordinates, identity documents or other sensitive personal information.
Questions about your information
Contact privacy@purokmaps.com to ask about information you have sent, request a correction or ask for deletion. We will consider the request in light of the information held and any applicable retention obligations. No automatic self-service deletion feature or fixed response time is offered.
Before future participation
Any future resident, business or pilot submission workflow will need its own clear participation and privacy information before it opens, including what is collected, what is visible to others, access, correction, deletion and retention arrangements. This notice describes the current informational site and voluntary email contact.
